100% Natural Cotton Fiber. 35 wt./3-ply biodegradable, highly absorbent & static resistant. Mercerized - great strength & luster; increased dye affinity for garment overdye. Low elongation - tighter seams that resist grinning. Better value than other comparable threads. Use for piecing, hand quilting & machine quilting. Thread will age at the same rate as the cotton fabric fibers in your quilt. Spools work well on machines.. Won't leave lint in your machine like many other cotton threads. Shrink wrapped for protection.
